Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% performance for Safety and Health Safety Environment (HSE)
- Lead application of 5S and other lean activities in the department to continuously improve the work environment, HSE, and efficiency.
- Ensure daily housekeeping and HSE activities are completed to maintain world-class HSE standards.

Production Engineer
Product Development, Engineering & Tooling | TAMPA, FL
The Production Engineer is an entry-level position within the marine industry. The primary function of this position will be to document the build process of our larger Inboard Yachts using 3D and 2D CAD as well as photo documentation. This position will also be responsible for system installation, routing validation, and ensuring everything is installed per manufacturing specifications. Other responsibilities include improving the structure of the Bill of Materials. The Production Engineer and team must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the workload dictates.
Essential Functions:
- Update 3D models for the current yacht portfolio
- Create and maintain production drawings for manufacturing build instructions
- Create work process instructions
- Be a liaison between manufacturing and engineering to communicate problems and potential solutions
- Work to improve overall build process and system integrations
- Create Redlines and documentation for changes, including electrical/mechanical issues, hardware locations, general installation, etc.
- Create and maintain engineering change requests and procedures
- Audits engineering drawings and specifications for accuracy and provides recommendations on part substitutions as necessary.
- Take and pass NMMA standards test and become an in-house compliance specialist
- Must follow proper procedures in the safe handling of hazardous wastes, which may be generated during the manufacturing process

Sr. Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst's responsibilities include collaborating while communicating effectively and respectfully with leadership and other departments to develop financial reporting, metrics, and forecasting tools to support the achievement of our short-term and long-term business plans. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking financial performance against a plan, helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the corporate multi-year strategic planning financial model including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models
- Utilize strategic planning analytical models to provide recommendations to the management team relative to key long-term decisions and initiatives
- Maintain and refine the corporate annual financial planning models
- Maintain and improve monthly cash flow analysis and forecasts (rolling 12 months)
- Develop additional tools and models that help with decision-making and maintain these on a monthly and quarterly basis as required
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
- Compile annual budget, development, consolidation, review, and presentation
- Develop forecasts and/or budgets for products, functions, and overhead pools
- Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Effectively partner with business leads in developing a fully loaded COGS model appropriate for the business to drive significant Gross Margin improvements
- Provide analysis that supports decisions related to capital allocations, develop a Capex plan based on information collected from other leaders
- Support periodic product pricing analysis through the preparation of materials, labor, and overhead cost inflation actual and forecast impacts
- Maintain high-level analysis of actual period results versus strategic and annual planning targets
- Initiate variance analyses and provide an understanding of operational and financial performance to management
- Develop a simple, reliable monthly reporting document (forecast vs actual, metrics, and KPIs)
- Prepare meaningful analysis on financial trends and key metrics for COGS functions, including inventory transactions, gross margin analytics, and variances
- Analyze cost variances, determine root causes, and prepare recommendations and alternatives for improvements
- Provide monthly managerial reports in Excel and PowerPoint for review with functional heads, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis for all Gross Margin components
- Investigate and deep dive into material costing and related transactions/questions (purchase orders, receiving, consumption, cost allocation)
- Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports for SG&A labor and non-labor reporting
- Analyze operational performance and provide reasons for cost and schedule variances, as well as the financial impact, recovery opportunities, and delivery impacts
- Work closely with the Product Development team to understand product cost targets (to include development program costs, Capex), develop reporting to track actuals
- Cost accounting Subject Matter Expert with respect to ERP and other operational systems (e.g., Inventory/Warehouse, Materials Requirement Planning)
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve existing business processes to improve performance and output quality across the organization
- Assist departments to build and maintain financial KPIs to evaluate operational performance
- Ad hoc assignments that improve financial and operational processes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Prior Experience & Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis focused on cost and inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Financial Modeling, Product Costing, Inventory Management, Variance Analysis
- Demonstrated experience in P&L analysis, Cash Flow Forecasting, Capital Planning, and inventory analysis
- Proficient in analyzing and understanding profitability levers, cost drivers, and existing KPIs, as well as capable of developing appropriate KPIs and improving existing ones
- Strong mastery of financial statement modeling
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel modeling skills and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience with ERP and related tools for reporting and analysis
- Experience with training a diverse workforce and management in cost accounting concepts, application, analysis, and interpretation
- Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for diving into numbers and problem solving

An Assembler Technician is responsible for assembling fiberglass parts and components including hulls, decks, small parts, sub-assemblies, and finished boats.

Primary Responsibilities
- Parts inspection and defect identification against a pre-established set of acceptance criteria, including tapping for air voids and conducting thorough visual inspections for any and all surface imperfections which might compromise the final aesthetic finish of the product.
- Surface preparation, fairing, and sanding using hand and pneumatic long-block and circular sanders.
- The selection and use of putties and various compounds to perform fiberglass repairs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work on hulls, decks, small parts, sub-assemblies, and finished boats
- Manufacture electrical harnesses, including pulling wire runs and installing connectors to make wire harnesses that can be routed/installed in the hull bilge and deck underside
- Electrical equipment installation (e.g. generators, AC/DC panels, batteries, chargers, pumps, MFD displays, instrumentation, appliances, etc.)
- Electrical equipment wiring and hookups
- Electrical equipment inspection, testing, and troubleshooting
- Interpretation of wiring diagrams and other engineering drawings to achieve the goals delineated above
- Engineering interface, to assist with the design of current and future electrical systems
