Miami, FL - Bertram Yacht, the luxury sport-fish manufacturer based in Miami, Florida has selected Ken Beauregard, as the new Director of Production at the Bertram plant. Ken recently left a position at Cobalt Yachts where he was assembly production manager and has many years of experience in production including 18 years at Brunswick, where he worked closely with Bertram Yachts COO Mike Myers.
Beauregard is a motivating and passionate individual who is very familiar with the high-end yacht market. He is committed to sustaining and improving upon the core principles of craftsmanship to maintain Bertram as a premium brand and among the segment leaders in the sport-fishing industry. He has a clear vision of his goals in production at the Bertram manufacturing plant and is making a concentrated effort in recognizing the talented employees that have been at Bertram for so many years. Ken will be overseeing new structures that have been in place at the Bertram plant to control work flow and track progress. He is also dedicated to making the production efforts more concentrated and driving improved processes further upstream in the production line.
