Bertram also holds an annual Bertram University, a series of seminars for both our service dealers and sales representatives to learn about new developments and gain further insight from Bertram factory representatives. These courses are designed to provide training on the latest service techniques to dealership service technicians. The seminars directly engage our service experts in real situations for interactive technical, operational, and professional skills development. Bertram University has been so successful that it has been taken on the road to other countries to extend the benefits to other locations.
