2000 – Boating Magazine names the new Bertram 450 convertible “Boat of the Year.” Richard Bertram passes away at the age of 84.

2001 – The revolutionary Bertram 670 convertible debuts at Bertram-Hatteras Shootout XXI.

2002 – Bertram 570 convertible debuts, offering innovative designs while keeping the hull characteristics of the Bertram 54. Bertram 670 enclosed fly bridge is introduced.

2003 – The long awaited 630 convertible debuts as the strongest and fastest Bertram ever.

2004 – Bertram 570 ‘Tangled in Blue’ wins overall title for the Bahamas Billfish Championship tournament series. Bertram 630 enclosed bridge is introduced.

2005 – Bertram 360 Open and Express are introduced at Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.

2006 – Bertram captures Bertram-Hatteras Shootout XXVII after ten years. Bertram 630 “Captain Gas” captures top release title for the Bahamas Billfish Championship tournament series. Bertram is named Manufacturer of the Year by the South Florida Manufacturer’s Association.

2007 – Bertram gains NMMA certification.
