1990s

1990 – Bertram 60 is introduced.

1993 – Bertram 30 Moppie sport cruiser is introduced embodying the spirit of the original Moppie’s race boat heritage.

1995 – Bertram redesigns the 54 convertible interior but, to the relief of many, Bertram assures enthusiasts that “there was not a single change in the 54 convertible hull, because you don't change perfection."

1996 – Bertram 60 enclosed fly bridge version debuts at the Miami International Boat Show.

1998 – In October, is acquired by Ferretti S.p.A., one of the world's foremost motor yacht manufacturers. Fueled by the enthusiasm and knowledge of its new owners, Bertram is well on its way to expanding its product line and strengthening its position as the world's foremost builder of sport fishing boats.

1999 – Introduces the Bertram 390 and 510 convertibles, the first Bertrams designed through Ferretti Group’s partnership with the world renowned Zuccon International Project.
